Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, well-presented Female Receptionist cum Tele-caller to serve as the face and voice of our company. This role requires a unique blend of polished hospitality and proactive communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an elegant front-office presence while driving business growth through fluent and persuasive English tele-calling.
Key Requirements
- Professional Presentation: Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times, adhering to a business-formal dress code.
- Language Proficiency: Must be a fluent English speaker with a clear accent, excellent vocabulary, and the ability to engage in sophisticated conversation with high-level clients.
- Interpersonal Excellence: A warm, confident, and welcoming personality for handling walk-in guests and high-pressure phone inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Front Desk Excellence: Greet VIP guests and clients with a high level of professionalism; manage the reception area to reflect the company’s premium standards.
- Professional Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a polished and persuasive telephone manner to generate leads and book appointments.
- Communication Management: Manage all incoming corporate calls, filtering and directing them with tact and efficiency.
- Client Coordination: Follow up with potential leads via email and phone, ensuring all correspondence is grammatically correct and professional.
- Admin Support: Maintain organized records of visitors and call logs in MS Excel/CRM.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a front-facing role (Reception, Cabin Crew, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Mastery of the English language (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attitude: Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
