Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative

Our agency in Santa Ana is growing and we have a customer service position open. If you have a natural ability to connect with people, we are interested in speaking with you.

This position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Some customer service experience is required
• Organization skills
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Must have ability to multi-task
• Spanish speaker preferred
• Strong work ethic

• Handle incoming calls- calls may involve basic policy questions and types of products we offer
• Assist agents with light administrative duties
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
