Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team at Revolution Media. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment. If you are highly organized, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.

Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.

Provide general support to the team and management as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
