Receptionist (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of Subcontractor company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required

Support Tasks:

Communication & Coordination

  • Assist management and staff with administrative tasks as required.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain records, filing systems, and basic document logs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist (construction or drilling industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
