✔ Proficient in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**

✔ Skilled in **Adobe Photoshop**

✔ Excellent **communication and client dealing skills**

✔ Friendly, confident, and organized personality

✔ Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently

**Responsibilities:**

• Handling incoming calls and visitors

• Managing office documentation and records

• Assisting in basic design-related tasks (Photoshop)

• Coordinating with clients and team members
