Proficiency in handling phone calls, scheduling, and front desk management.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly manner.
Managing incoming calls and redirecting them as necessary.
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Scheduling appointments and handling administrative tasks.
