Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Manage appointment schedules and assist with meeting arrangements.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

Female candidate with a bold and confident personality.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Good-looking appearance with a professional demeanour.

Proven experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
