Receptionist / Front Desk Officer - Clifton (Female)

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Purpose:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
  • Maintain reception area, records, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Support office operations and assist with documentation when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; professional appearance and attitude.

Location: Clifton, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
