Position: Front Desk Officer - HR (Female)

Qualification: Bachelor (Intermediate wont be preferably)

Experience: 1-2 years preferably

Skills: Excellent Communication

Timings: 10AM-7PM (Morning Shift)

Location: Main University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block-13, Karachi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing clients/guests to appropriate personnel or departments.

- Managing Phone Calls: Answering, screening, and directing phone calls.

- Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, providing information, and assisting with their needs.

- Directing Visitors: Guiding guests to the appropriate departments or personnel.

- Administrative Support: Performing tasks like scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.

- They support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

- Assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Maintaining and updating employee databases, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and other personnel information
