Receptionist - NEW 5p-7p positions

The Courville at Manchester is a Senior Healthcare Community in Manchester, NH. We’re looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our staff to welcome families and guests in the afternoons/evenings:

• 5:00p - 7:00p schedule
• 12.5 hours/week
• Monday- Friday
• Including every other weekend 4:40-7:00
• Experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Professional demanor and appearance
• Reliable and courteous

Position Overview: The Courville at Manchester is passionate about Humankindness and wellness for life. The right candidate will be outgoing, friendly, organized, and welcoming to everyone! The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones, greeting visitors as they enter the building, maintaining the front office, and helping each department as needed.

Job functions include but are not limited to:

• Answering, transferring, and taking messages for all phone calls
• Help visitors and vendors with questions they may have
• Keep front reception area organized and cleaned
• Place office supply orders
• Making sure faxes are delivered to correct person
• Sorting Mail
• Filing and copying
• Making medical charts ready for admission
• Creating documents in excel and word
• Completing tasks for other departments

Qualifications:

• Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions with or without reasonable accommodations required by Federal, State or Local law.
• Must understand both spoken and written English.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
• Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility
