Receptionist - Party and Wedding Dress Boutique

Location: Jabriya, Kuwait

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 2pm - 10pm (weekly 1 day off)

We are a boutique offering stylish party gowns and wedding dresses, dedicated to excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage front desk operations
• Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings
• Keep records of customer visits and orders
• Assist with basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Comfortable using phone and messaging apps
