Receptionist & Social Media Content Creator

Job Overview
We are a highly reputable RV dealership, looking to expand our operational capacity. One of the ways we plan to do this, is to find an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist & Social Media Content Creator to join our team team. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to be the friendly face of our organization while also showcasing your creative marketing capabilities. You will manage front desk operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop engaging social media content that highlights our dealership’s reputation, products, and services . This paid position is perfect for someone who has the ability to stay organized and has a passion for digital media.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls efficiently, and handle inquiries with courteous phone etiquette
  • Maintain an organized front desk area
  • Create engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to promote Dealership offerings and reputation
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback
  • Support office management tasks including scheduling, document management, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven office management or administrative experience with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with social media content creation and video editing
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management
  • Knowledge of clerical tasks such as proofreading, time management, and document organization
