ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 10 years as an engineer and later earned my MBA from LSU Shreveport. I also have experience in financial advising and worked with New York Life as both an agent and in management, which has helped shape a well-rounded approach to leadership and development.
I’m married with four children and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. Family and community are both very important to me and play a big role in how I run the office. I stay actively involved in the community, serving as a Rotary President and participating in the police jury, along with other local initiatives.
For our team, we offer a flexible schedule, PTO and sick days, a 401(k), health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on personal and professional development within a family-oriented environment.
Our office culture is both family-oriented and competitive. We take pride in the work we do and the impact we make for our customers. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and eager to grow—someone who is hungry for success and ready to take advantage of opportunities for advancement. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow and make a difference, this could be a great fit for you.
