Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic Insurance Office Greeter to be the first friendly face our clients see and hear. This is more than just a receptionist role – it’s an opportunity to lead by example, inspire others, and grow your career in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet all are customers and visitors as they enter the office, creating a positive and professional first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Provide general information about our services and assist clients with basic inquiries.
Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive tone and encouraging teamwork within the office.
Continuously seek opportunities to learn about insurance products and office procedures.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Uphold company values by delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm and integrity.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
Passionate about helping people and making a meaningful impact in their lives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
