We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Receptionist at The Azaleas Assisted Living & The Villas Independent Living Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• • Check the appointment calendar and ensure residents are ready for appointments.
  • Coordinate with transpiration aid for resident appointments - make copies of resident’s current physician’s orders, progress sheets, and insurance cards (when appropriate); place and have ready to send with residents.
  • Monitor front door and assist residents and visitors.
  • Answer the facility telephone number when necessary.
  • Keep proper clerical supplies for Nurses’ Station.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or Administrator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Good telephone communication etiquette.
  • Organized and resourceful.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Active listener.
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking.
  • Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and fax machine).
