Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and dynamic Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join our team and provide vital support in managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, welcoming and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of daily office functions.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant; experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Presentable with strong customer service and professional conduct.
