Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Role Summary

Gravity Power Management Consultancies is seeking a professional and highly organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, calendars, and meeting scheduling.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for physical and digital records.
  • Coordinate with management on administrative, compliance, and client support tasks.
  • Support document preparation for corporate, legal, and consulting engagements.
  • Assist with office logistics, supplier coordination, and general administration.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role.
  • Experience in professional service environments such as consulting, legal, finance, real estate, or corporate services is preferred.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • UAE work experience is strongly preferred.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (attested) is mandatory.
  • Strong English fluency is mandatory. Arabic is highly preferred. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style.
  • Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a high-standard advisory and investment consulting environment.
