Role Summary
Gravity Power Management Consultancies is seeking a professional and highly organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, calendars, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Maintain organised filing systems for physical and digital records.
- Coordinate with management on administrative, compliance, and client support tasks.
- Support document preparation for corporate, legal, and consulting engagements.
- Assist with office logistics, supplier coordination, and general administration.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role.
- Experience in professional service environments such as consulting, legal, finance, real estate, or corporate services is preferred.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- UAE work experience is strongly preferred.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (attested) is mandatory.
- Strong English fluency is mandatory. Arabic is highly preferred. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
