Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

To ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations while providing high-quality administrative support to the office and management team. The role represents the company’s first point of contact and plays a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor access procedures
  • Coordinate courier services and incoming/outgoing mail

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to management and departments
  • Prepare letters, memos, and official documents
  • Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support onboarding documentation and coordination with HR

Office Management

  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate with building management (ADGM requirements, access cards, etc.)
  • Support travel bookings and meeting logistics
  • Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of licenses, contracts, and service providers
  • Support documentation required for regulatory purposes when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
