Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using an electronic health record, and other office software to update medical records, insurance and verification, and scheduling.
  • Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events seamlessly.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining front office supplies inventory.
  • Provide administrative support including copying, scanning, faxing, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Ensure excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing customer support via phone or email.
  • Support office management activities by organizing files, managing incoming mail, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a strong background in customer service.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
