Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, office capabilities, and proficiency in technology to ensure smooth operations within the office environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while practicing phone etiquette.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist with office management tasks to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs and Sheets).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
