Evolve Real Estate & Management is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Google Calendar.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage and organize digital files using Google Drive.
  • Assist with data entry and management using Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, Google Voice).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Property Management or Fair Housing Laws.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
