About the Role

We are seeking a professional, organized, and approachable Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, requiring excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will also support the wider office with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.

Administration Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to staff and management.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings.
  • Support with onboarding processes for new staff (ID cards, access passes, desk set-up, etc.).
  • Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and presentations when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a reception or administration role (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
