Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, manage guest sign-ins, and issue badges.
- Telephone and Correspondence: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently; manage email correspondence, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
- Business Center Operations: Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, kitchen, and meeting rooms; manage booking schedules for conference spaces.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up meeting rooms, arrange AV equipment, manage catering requests, and assist with video conferencing.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor and order office supplies, maintain equipment (printers, fax machines), and manage supply inventory.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security, act as a fire warden, and enforce health and safety policies.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
