Our Client Services Coordinator is the voice of the office and the first face people see when they come in.

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering and routing calls from existing and prospective clients, providing them with the best experience, and ensuring they have a pleasurable client journey. You will also be maintaining and updating client information on several platforms, managing client areas and ensuring they are warm and welcoming, calendaring all appointments and projects, assisting attorneys and team members with administrative tasks, and providing general support for the smooth running of the office.

This position requires extraordinary phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask efficiently and remain organized. This position is for someone who enjoys connecting with people and can connect with just about anyone.

Our Requirements:

• Have a growth mindset: Everyone on the team is present, engaged, never complacent, and eager to grow both individually and as a team.
• Experience handling a multi-line phone system.
• Strong organizational and technological skills.
• Ensure smooth overall day-to-day office operations from an administrative standpoint.
• Take a team-centric approach (we’re better together).
• Experience with customer service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Notary Public preferred.
