Receptionist/Customer Service Representative I

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors,answering calls, managing appointments, and supporting daily office operations.

As the first point of contact, this role ensures a professional and welcoming environment while coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential to support our fast-paced office and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Screen calls and distribute them to the correct department
  • Manage multiple calls efficiently during busy periods
  • Assist with data entry, document revisions, or email correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) abilities are required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in phone systems and computer software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills
