Position Overview:

Oxygen Aerospace is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and employees. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide basic information about Oxygen Aerospace's services and offerings.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed by verifying the identity of visitors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry terminology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
