Overview
Our dealership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/File Clerk to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our dealership. As an Receptionist/File Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, and supporting a variety of office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist: Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, sorting and responding to mail.
  • Organize and maintain documents, including contracts, employee forms, and legal papers.
  • Create, update, and manage both paper and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with receptionist duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail.
  • Maintain office equipment, order supplies, and process invoices.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with computerized systems and office software.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative tasks preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (including occasional overtime or weekends).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
