Receptionist/Front Desk Officer (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Receptionist to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct customers appropriately
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Have minimum 6 months experience as a front desk officer/ Receptionist
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, punctual, and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
