Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Personal Assistant is responsible for managing front-desk operations while providing high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The role combines customer-facing duties with confidential executive assistance, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle basic inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Administrative & Personal Assistance:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and meetings.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of delegated work.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage basic administrative functions.
- Support personal errands and appointments of the executive when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Graduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role as receptionist, executive assistant, or personal assistant.
- Preferred: Experience in corporate, hospitality, or service-based environments.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with front-facing responsibilities.
- May require occasional extended hours or availability outside normal working hours to support the executive.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,469.55 per month
