About Us
We are a growing teaching institute dedicated to providing high-quality educational programs in languages, academic support, and professional development. We are looking for a professional, organized, and energetic Receptionist / Sales Coordinator who can manage front desk operations while helping convert inquiries into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle phone calls, Social media inquiries, and email communication.
  • Provide information about courses, schedules, and pricing.
  • Follow up with potential students and convert inquiries into registrations.
  • Maintain student records and assist with registrations and payments.
  • Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates to students and teachers.
  • Support marketing campaigns by responding to social media or online leads.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sales mindset with confidence in promoting courses.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or education centers is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
