Crest Electrical Solutions is seeking a professional, outgoing, and highly organized Receptionist / Service Scheduler to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, builders, and internal teams. This role is essential in supporting our service department and ensuring clear communication, prompt scheduling, and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
The Receptionist / Service Scheduler will manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate service requests, create and track builder tickets, and ensure all communication is handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems and processes.
