Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily settlement and reconciliation of financial transactions
· Track and verify incoming and outgoing payments with accuracy
· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve settlement discrepancies
· Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to settlements using advanced Excel functions
· Maintain and update settlement records and documentation
· Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Requirements:
· Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
· 3 years experience in finance, preferably in settlements or reconciliation
· Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data cleaning, etc.)
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
