Records Administrator/Law Firm

This position is full-time working in the office for a law firm in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston. Position is responsible for assisting with maintenance of records by reviewing, analyzing, and coding documents for electronic filing in accordance with proper Records Management, Firm and Client policies and procedures, with potential for additional responsibilities.


  • Collect and sort Client documents for electronic filing
  • Review, analyze, and code Client documents for electronic filing
  • Work with Legal Assistants, Project Assistants, Secretaries, and Attorneys as necessary to properly code Client documents for electronic filing


Must have experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word & Outlook. Experience with Adobe Acrobat is also required. Previous law firm experience is strongly preferred.
