Job Summary:

Indus Enclave is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recovery Agent to manage client accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain strong relationships with both active clients and defaulters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both fieldwork and office-based communication, including phone calls and in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via phone calls to follow up on due and overdue payments
• Visit defaulters in person to negotiate and recover outstanding dues
• Maintain regular communication with active clients to ensure timely payments
• Keep accurate records of all interactions, commitments, and recovery progress
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales departments for updated client information
• Handle client concerns professionally and resolve payment-related issues
• Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports for management

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s qualification (preferred)
• Proven experience in recovery, collections, or a similar role is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Attractive salary plus commission
