Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our dynamic sales team.

• Provide clients with detailed information and briefings on relevant projects.
• Understand and assess client requirements to offer solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct strong follow-ups with clients to understand evolving needs and requirements.
• Contact clients/tenants with overdue payments, send reminders, negotiate repayment terms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their issues.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
