Recovery Officer

InstaCare is looking for a Recovery Officer to manage collections from clients including clinics, hospitals, labs, and corporate partners. The role requires strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely payments and smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track outstanding invoices from B2B clients (clinics, hospitals, labs, corporate partners)
• Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure timely collections
• Maintain daily recovery tracker and update payment status accurately
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Billing teams to resolve payment delays
• Verify payment proofs before service continuation as per policy
• Handle client queries, payment concerns, and objections professionally
• Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to management
• Prepare weekly and monthly recovery reports (overdue accounts & performance)
• Maintain proper documentation of all communications and commitments
• Identify delay reasons and work internally to resolve billing/service issues
• Ensure timely closure of disputes and improved recovery cycles
• Monitor recovery performance and reduce average collection cycle (DSO)
• Achieve assigned recovery targets and support cash flow management

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in recovery, collections or accounts receivable
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to deal with clients professionally

Preferred:

B2B collections experience
Familiarity with CRM or accounting tools
Female candidates will be preferred
