Recovery Officer (Female)

Family Builders & Developers is looking for a dedicated and proactive Recovery Officer (Female) to join our team. The role focuses on managing overdue accounts, creating effective repayment solutions, and ensuring all recovery activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and manage outstanding client accounts while maintaining accurate records.
• Reach out to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to initiate and follow up on recoveries.
• Design and implement feasible repayment plans, ensuring client commitments are met.
• Collaborate with internal legal and sales teams to address complex recovery cases.
• Professionally handle client disputes concerning payments, contracts, or property matters.
• Perform skip tracing to locate clients who are unresponsive or have updated contact information.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to encourage timely payments.
• Keep detailed and updated records of all recovery actions and communications.
• Provide monthly recovery updates and performance reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection, client recovery, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, particularly for sensitive discussions.
• Knowledge of basic legal and procedural aspects of debt recovery.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

LOCATION: Near Lucky One Mall, Karachi
Preference will be given to candidates residing near Lucky One Mall, Karachi, or those who can commute easily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
