Job Title: Loan Recovery

Location: Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recovery plans and strategies for overdue accounts.

Analyses delinquent accounts to identify patterns and improve recovery approaches.

Handle escalated cases and negotiate with clients for settlements or repayment plans.

Ensure customer interactions are professional, ethical, and aligned with company policies.

Requirements:

Education: Matric / FA/ Graduation

Minimum 0-1 years of experience in collections or recovery

Excellent communication and negotiation ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
