Recovery Officer (Male Preferre)

Job Summary

Falaknaz Group is seeking a Recovery Officer with proven experience in the builders and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

· Follow up with customers for recovery of outstanding installments and dues

· Visit clients/sites when required for payment collection and negotiations

· Maintain accurate records of recoveries, pending payments, and follow-ups

· Coordinate with sales, accounts, and legal departments for recovery matters

· Prepare recovery reports and submit them to management on a regular basis

· Handle difficult clients professionally and resolve payment-related issues

· Ensure recovery targets are achieved within assigned timelines

Requirements & Qualifications

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Recovery Officer in builders / real estate companies

· Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

· Good understanding of real estate payment plans and customer dealings

· Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets

· Male candidates preferred
