Recovery Support Specialist

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA or equivalent)
• 2–5 years of recovery/billing experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate with patients, attendants, and insurance agencies
• Knowledge of billing cycles, claims, and payment follow-ups
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding payments with patients, corporates, and insurance companies
• Coordinate with billing & accounts departments for reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain accurate recovery records and prepare periodic MIS reports
• Handle patient queries regarding outstanding bills and settlements
• Liaise with insurance companies for claims processing and approvals
• Ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding receivables
• Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen recovery processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
