Job Summary:

As a Recreation Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at a recreational facility. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages promptly.
  • Manage reservations and bookings for recreational activities.
  • Provide information about facility offerings, schedules, and pricing.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a recreational or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
