Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic Internal Recruiter to join a leading Real Estate consultancy in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of a fast-expanding organisation across the region by driving strategic recruitment and delivering a first-class employee experience.

As a trusted partner, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and development. This is a hybrid position, combining recruitment excellence with hands-on HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding requirements through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract high-calibre, diverse talent.
• Provide HR support across policies, payroll changes, visa matters, and employee documentation.
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR queries and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring new employees are fully integrated.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and performance management processes.
• Use HR systems and data insights to streamline processes and inform decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years’ HR and recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE (real estate sector experience is highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD, SHRM or other professional certifications are an advantage.
