Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent aligned with the organization’s goals. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments (resume reviews, phone screenings, and preliminary interviews).
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated database of applicants and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment drives, and networking events.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
