Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Nilank Technologies. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for conducting interviews, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will be involved in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting interviews and screening candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with HR software and systems
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
