- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Conduct induction & orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
- Drive employee engagement activities and cultural programs.
- Maintain a healthy work environment by promoting positive HR practices.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll inputs).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate the appraisal process and maintain performance data.
- Assist managers in handling performance-related concerns.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and arrange skill-development programs.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement formalities.
- Analyze attrition trends and suggest retention strategies.
