MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that cater to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and a diverse range of career levels — from entry-level to senior levels. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hiring experience in a fast-paced environment.


Your Job

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles, with a focus on technical and business-critical positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Collaborate with technical panels to design and implement customized assessments for specific roles.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the talent market, ensuring positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
  • continuously refine recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion practices.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum from 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience , including technical roles
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Recruitment experience within a fast-growth company
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and structured hiring frameworks
