who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical positions and a diverse range of
career levels
— from entry-level to senior levels. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hiring experience in a fast-paced environment.
Your Job

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles, with a focus on technical and business-critical positions.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.

Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and headhunting.

Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews.

Collaborate with technical panels to design and implement customized assessments for specific roles.

Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the talent market, ensuring positive candidate experience.

Track and report key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.

continuously refine recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion practices.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum
from 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
, including
technical roles

Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).

Strong interviewing and assessment skills
