We are seeking a driven and versatile Recruiter with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent hiring requirements across both blue-collar (skilled trades, operations, labor) and white-collar (professional, administrative, technical) roles. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, organized, and people-first approach to full-cycle recruiting while juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring we attract and hire top talent that supports our company’s operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Multiple Openings: Simultaneously oversee full-cycle recruitment for a diverse set of roles across various departments, locations, and skill levels.
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, industry networks, and referrals to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings, behavioral interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, adjust strategies, and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Job Posting & Branding: Create engaging and accurate job descriptions and ensure consistent employer branding across all recruiting channels.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-quality experience for all candidates, from application through offer and onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the ATS and provide regular recruitment reporting.
- Prioritization: Adapt quickly to changing business needs and re-prioritize workloads effectively while maintaining quality hires.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices meet local, state, and federal legal requirements as well as internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for both blue- and white-collar roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with high attention to detail and organization.
- Familiarity with a range of industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, customer service, or corporate functions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High-volume hiring experience across multiple departments or business units.
- Exposure to union and non-union workforce environments.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Hindi) is a strong asset.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
