   Your Job
  
- 
   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a broad range of roles, with a focus on technical and business-critical positions.
  
- 
   Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  
- 
   Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, and headhunting.
  
- 
   Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ qualifications, and coordinate technical and behavioral interviews.
  
- 
   Collaborate with technical panels to design and implement customized assessments for specific roles.
  
- 
   Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the talent market, ensuring positive candidate experience.
  
- 
   Track and report key recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
  
- 
   continuously refine recruitment strategies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  
- 
   Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion practices.
  
   Your Profile
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
- 
   Minimum
   
    from 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
   
   , including
   
    technical roles
   
- 
   Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
  
- 
   Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  
- 
   Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  
- 
   Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines
  
- 
   Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
- 
   High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
