Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter (3+ Years Experience)

Location: Coimbatore
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Role Objective

Own end-to-end hiring delivery across multiple Aeonn Ark verticals (Innovspace, Infrastride, Sense7AI, Aeonn Ark).

Core Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Ownership

  • Source 35–45 qualified candidates per month across assigned roles and verticals.
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline with:
  • Minimum 3 qualified profiles per open role at all times.
  • Use Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and offline channels.
  • Ensure ≥80% profile-to-interview acceptance rate from hiring managers.
  • Maintain daily sourcing and pipeline logs in ATS.

2. Recruitment Cycle Execution

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to joining.
  • Close roles within 15–25 calendar days (adjusted for role complexity).
  • Ensure:
  • Interview feedback TAT ≤48 hours
  • Offer release ≤24 hours post final approval
  • Maintain ≥95% accuracy in ATS documentation and records.

3. Hiring Quality, Conversion & Retention Control

  • Achieve offer-to-joining ratio ≥60%.
  • Ensure ≥90% hiring quality score, measured through:
  • Hiring manager feedback at 30 / 60 / 90 days.
  • Drive pre-onboarding engagement to reduce dropouts.
  • Target ≤10% attrition within first 90 days, attributable to recruiter-controlled factors.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Conduct weekly hiring review meetings with hiring managers.
  • Share action-oriented hiring dashboards, not narrative updates.
  • Push back on unclear JDs, unrealistic timelines, or misaligned expectations using data.
  • Support quarterly manpower planning and hiring forecasts.

5. Compliance, Reporting & Process Discipline

  • Submit weekly recruitment report covering:
  • Sourcing channel effectiveness
  • Pipeline health
  • Closures vs targets
  • Dropout reasons
  • Maintain 100% compliance with:
  • Recruitment policies
  • Data privacy norms
  • Documentation standards

Non-Negotiable Operating Rules

  • No verbal offers.
  • No JD intake without clarity on role, budget, and reporting.
  • Mandatory escalation if:
  • Interview feedback exceeds 48 hours
  • Offer approval exceeds 24 hours
  • Candidate dropout risk is identified

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment execution experience (corporate or agency).
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS (Application tracking system) platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel roles across verticals without quality dilution.
  • Strong negotiation, closure, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
