Job Overview

Hotel Vivek is seeking a proactive and efficient Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple hotel departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to identify and recruit quality talent in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for all hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assessments
• Coordinate interviews with respective department heads
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closure of all open positions
• Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates
• Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (hospitality hiring experience is an added advantage)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
